Return and Exchange Guidelines

- Customers are allowed one return or exchange per month.
- If you want a refund on your purchase, you can get a refund up to $100, except for the shipping cost.
- Vape Bar USA reserves the right to approve refunds for orders over $100.
- Returns due to personal choice or preference are not accepted.
Return Process
We typically help you with your return or refund request within 1-2 working days of receipt. Refunds are only processed for returns that have been approved. Before returning anything to Vape Bar USA, please get a written return authorization from VapeBarUSA. We may also request product feedback to make it easier to process the refund.
Non-Defective Returns
We will be charging a 25% fee to restock the items that are not defective, and these items should be unopened.
Product Inspection
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. Any defective items can be sent back or exchanged within 15 days. For open products, we offer store credit only. All shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. Returns or exchanges that do not comply may be refused.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Even though we double-check to ensure your parcel was safely delivered, we can’t guarantee it will arrive if it is marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@vapebarusa.com.
Incorrect Addresses
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed, returned to the sender, or undeliverable by the carrier, email us. The returns team will issue a refund when we receive the returned package. Customers who order free shipping will be charged 25% restocking fees.
